The facility is accredited with Regione Lazio as per DCA no. 180/2014 and DCA no. 181/2014.

Centro di Riabilitazione "Villaggio Eugenio Litta":

The facility is accredited with Regione Lazio, as per DCA no. 309/2013, subsequently amended and supplemented by DCA no. 045/2018. The facility is temporarily accredited with the Lazio Region, as per DGR 160/2022.

Casa di Cura "Salus Infirmorum":

The facility is accredited with Regione Lazio as per DCA no. 505/19 and subsequent transfer as per DCA no. 90/2020.

In accordance with applicable national regulations and Article 14 of the European Privacy Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter Regulation) Provincia Romana Camilliani, as the data controller, informs website's visitors that personal data will be processed as described below.

What data do we use?

Our website has a "display" function, describing our activities and the services we offer. The only forms of interactivity are the submission of generic information request forms and the spontaneous submission of resumes, attached with PDF files.

To communicate via email, various personal data are used, including:

– non-sensitive identification data such as name, surname, email address. These are the data provided to access our services: sending a free-text contact form, sending a resume.

Why and on what legal basis do we collect your data?

The provided data allow us to respond to the emails sent and review resumes.

Specifically, your personal data are processed, without prior consent, for service purposes and, in particular, for the following purposes and legal bases, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a): the data subject has given consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes:

– manage spontaneously sent communications;
– evaluate spontaneously sent resumes.

How are personal data used?

Personal data are processed for the purposes mentioned above through a series of both manual and computerized operations and are stored electronically, in compliance with Article 5 of the Regulation, for a reasonable period of time: resumes for 6 months.

Which data is mandatory and which is optional?

Consent is always voluntary, free, informed, and the provision of your personal data is functional to what you have interacted with us for; without it, we cannot process your request (in the case of submission through the form or evaluate your resume).

How long are your data stored?

Personal data are kept and used for no more than 6 months from the date of receipt.

Who can access your data?

– employees and/or collaborators of the company in their capacity as internal controllers and/or administrators, all trained and informed;
– affiliated companies and service providers who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the company as external controllers, performing instrumental or support activities.

Who can your data be communicated to?

Data can be communicated without explicit consent for service purposes to judicial authorities, public safety, and inspection authorities;
to all other subjects to whom it is necessary to communicate the data by law or by contract, to allow the performance of the purposes described above. These subjects will process your data as independent data controllers.

Where can your data be transferred?

Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union or to international organizations.

What are your rights?

Regarding data processing, you can exercise the rights under Article 7 and from Article 15 to Article 22 of the Regulation:

exercise opposition to the processing in whole or in part;
obtain deletion of the data held by the controller;
obtain the updating or rectification of the provided data;
ask for and obtain in an intelligible form the data held by the controller (right of access);
ask for and obtain transformation into anonymous form of the data;
ask for and obtain the block or limitation of the data processed unlawfully and those for which storage is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing.

In compliance with Article 1, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 198/2009, which states, 'The appeal is immediately announced on the institutional website of the administration or the notified concessionaire; appeals are also notified to the Minister for Public Administration and Innovation.'

Civic Access

  • The right to "simple" civic access to data and documents (Legislative Decree 33/2013, Article 5, paragraph 1) safeguards anyone wishing to obtain the release of documents, information, or data that have not been published in violation of a legal obligation. Accredited healthcare facilities that have a contract for the provision of services on behalf of the National Health System are subject to the right of civic access only regarding documents, data, and information related to the performance of healthcare activities.
  • According to to the right to "generalized" civic access (Legislative Decree 33/2013, Article 5, paragraph 2), anyone has the right to access additional data and documents beyond those subject to publication, respecting the limits related to the protection of legally relevant interests as provided in Article 5-bis. In the case of a request for a manifestly unreasonable number of documents, which would impose a workload likely to compromise the proper functioning of the healthcare facility, the facility may reject the request to protect the proper conduct of administrative activities (Guidelines of the National Anti-Corruption Authority - Anac on generalized civic access, paragraph 4.2).
